well heres the thing windows 7 doesnt tell you... some programs ran on xp won't work on 7 home premium Only. windows 7 profesional and ultimate can run xp programs and even older ones made for 98 and nt its just kinda how they make extra $$$ they kinda don't tell you your gonna need pro and up to run programs that worked for the xp like reddot.exe and other things (had that problem).

the only thing that i had a problem with is the Microsoft Flight Simulator I ham sure that it is a Driver problem but i dont know

thats strange cs3 works fine for me and loads fast as fawk Shocked
only problem i had is playing dod in software mode
